Location: Detroit Metropolitan Area

Overview:

VicOne is looking for strong marketing individual to be responsible in the tactical execution of the company’s end to end campaign across owned and affiliated channels. The role requires significant experience with supporting with email and digital marketing campaigns using various tools such as HubSpot and other related marketing reporting and analytics tools. The ability to collaborate cross functionally and globally, and a high degree of adaptability and energy is required.

Overall Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

Work with Global Team to participate in the ideation and development of email marketing campaigns. Oversee all aspects of our email and digital marketing campaign development including our marketing database.

Events / Conferences / Marketing:

Through the guidance of both Business and Marketing leaders , the individual will be responsible in preparing all aspects of the event execution (theme, timelines, technical aspects, marketing programs/collaterals, budget and invoicing)

Key Requirements:

Experience in building, launching and reporting email marketing campaigns and 3rd party events and trade shows
Ability to support and execute marketing programs which includes segmentation, A/B Testing , workflows creation and management.
Ability to manage sales database and workflow and administration (lead generation, tracking, maintenance )
Confident with a range of analytics, reporting, email automation and related marketing tools.
Candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communication and strong social competence and interpersonal skills with at least 3years experience
Regular communication and reporting to key stakeholder this includes preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance and evaluating important metrics that affect our marketing strategy pertaining to Events and Email marketing
Thrive in matrix environments and cultivate positive relationships with appropriate agencies, internal and external partners and other relevant stakeholders
Assist with marketing administration and other ad-hoc duties as required

Please note this role is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
