Business Process Analyst Intern

The Business Process Analyst Intern will:

1. Perform business process analyst role to support business growth and operations:

Support the functional responsibilities and process design, system implementation and administrative operational support, depending on the stage of business needs and system lifecycle
Assist managing all aspects of assigned projects from initiating to closure following Trend Micro’s defined process and quality standard
Support business users with day to day needs/issues and be a front line support partner for business teams

2. Join RPA (Robotic Process Automation) project team to support Robotic process automation

Research and evaluate Robotic Process Automation solutions
Join POC with hands on support to create software Robot using Robotic Process Automation platform:

3. Join business analytic project team to identify opportunity for business growth and provide customer insight:

Utilize data analytics skills and tools to get business insight (Strong experience in Python and SQL will be a plus)
Research and evaluate various cloud BI/AI platform (ex. Microsoft Power BI)

Qualifications:

Graduate student with university degree in computer science, management information system, data science, business analytics or a related science
