Responsibilities
1. Research and evaluate competitors’ marketing and digital content.
2. Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
3. Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends.
4. Actively establish new business through social media, networking, email, WhatsApp, etc.
5. Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
6. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
7. Plan and launch Marketing Campaigns
8. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
9. Maintaining accurate sales records & sales report.
10. Reviewing sales performance & KPI.
11. Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
12. Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
Requirements
1. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
2. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
3. Ability to multitask and take initiative.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. No work experience required.
6. Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
7. Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
