POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a savvy, data driven digital marketing manager to join our growing team and accelerate the digital growth of the iconic J.G. Wentworth brand. You will work with members of the marketing team and be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns. This position will be focused on paid search, across Google and Bing, and paid social. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in digital acquisition marketing, social media platforms, and creative asset management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, we are looking for a candidate that will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Comfortable working within the interface constructing campaigns, audiences, and ads within AdWords, Microsoft, Facebook, TikTok etc.
  • Maximize performance through campaign optimizations, guaranteeing that we grow the business with the right customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
  • Apply intelligent strategies that adjust our campaigns based on business goals, including keyword research, audience construction, campaign setup, ad creative and overall campaign optimization.
  • Manage creative requests for text, display, and video assets and own roadmap for creative testing.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies that could affect or improve our campaign's performance.
  • Performance reporting with insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing across campaigns, ads, offers and landing pages.
  • Ongoing analysis of competitive landscape to inform digital marketing strategies with a focus on the financial services vertical.
  • Excellent communication skills and an affinity for working cross departmentally.
Qualifications:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years working in a marketing role with a strong focus in paid digital media.
  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads. Bonus for experience with others such as TikTok, Pinterest etc.
  • Ability to understand data-driven results (Direct Response Marketing) and the actions needed to optimize campaigns and hit target goals.
  • Deep understanding of digital KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Must be able to handle and prioritize a wide variety of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile and conscientious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 plus a target plan
This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
