Overview:
Knowledgeable on all things digital, the Digital Marketing Manager will help lead paid media strategy (search, social, display, native, programmatic, OOH, etc.) for B2B programs, set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign performance for assigned brand(s) in partnership with media agency of record. This position will work with leaders of all aspects of program management, including, and not limited to, help to define planning parameters, budget requirements, target audience definition and much more to ensure a data-driven strategic media mix is developed and executed to achieve business goals. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the core businesses, including Brand, Product, Sales and Digital Marketing, IT, and Analytics teams. This individual will also work closely with external agencies.

- Help develop and manage the annual digital marketing calendar, campaigns, and budget for B2B & Liviri brands.

Create, implement, and manage multi-platform digital marketing campaigns (paid search, display, app, video, shopping, audio, retail/marketplace advertising and more) with agency support.

Demonstrate understanding of the overall marketing strategy and extract insights from campaign data, identify relevant trends and provide well-developed proactive recommendations to achieve longer-term marketing goals and objectives.

Understand and analyze the effect of media on both online and offline sales via OtterBox B2B channel partners, as well as otterboxbusiness.com.

Communicate the progress and performance of marketing programs to the leadership team throughout the year.

Evaluate all agency recommendations to ensure campaigns ladder up to organizational goals.

Proactively contribute toward media investment modeling to help forecast results of campaign investments.

Manage and develop vendor/platform relationships (Facebook, Google, Snap, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Track campaign results through reporting, analysis, and recommendations.

Maximize overall revenue potential by developing initiatives to support new channel, product, and customer opportunities.

Provide data-based analysis and recommendations for allocation of media spend across online channels.

Facilitate/conduct return on ad spend analyses in partnership with internal teams.

Investigate, implement and test new tools and capabilities across digital media - i.e. attribution solutions, video, mobile, etc., in partnership with internal teams and agencies.

Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, and so forth.

Work across the technical and business spectrum to get new digital programs set up and executed - working in partnership with agencies and internal teams.

Proactively recommend ways to better scenario plan, execute, optimize and measure marketing investments in the ever-evolving data privacy landscape.

Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent is required
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook required
- Background in B2B preferred
- Experience with 1P/Customer Management Platforms is preferred
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform products (SA360, DV360, GA360, CM360) preferred
Minimum of four years of experience in digital marketing required
