Digital Media Design Intern

Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) is a rapidly growing veterinary emergency company with hospital locations across the United States. Our mission is helping people and their pets when they need it most. We are changing the face of emergency veterinary medicine with a "customer first" mentality and a true employee-centric environment. WHO WE NEED

The Digital Media Design Intern will join a team of dedicated creatives. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of artistic, conceptual, marketing, and business skills and interests to the position and has a passion for brand development. We are looking for someone who is excited to work and learn in a cooperative environment and who can inspire and be inspired by others to take our creative efforts to the next level. Learn and help translate business goals into dynamic creative output that connects with our audiences.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO

  • Help create develop and execute assets across mediums including video editing and recording, motion graphics, and social
  • Use storytelling to communicate VEG's brand in a positive, authentic way to increase engagement
  • Help maintain and brand assets (logos, icons, templates, etc)
  • Work collaboratively with copywriters, videographers, photographers, team members, and freelancers

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier, etc.)
  • Experience in videography, editing, motion graphics
  • Skill with typography, layout, and prototyping
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Flexible and able to quickly and effectively change priorities and direction

BENEFITS + HOURS

  • $25 per/hr; full time role (40hrs)
  • Based out of headquarters in White Plains, NY
