Digital Project Manager

Digital Project Manager Full-timeRemote: USA
The Digital Project Manager will manage all aspects and phases of day-to-day projects and client relationships. This includes managing teams and resources, to execute against the client’s ask. This person will navigate website update requests, ensure instructions are complete, and then assign tasks to creative and development teams.
What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary contact for our clients when they request website updates/maintenance.
  • Independently develop and manage schedules and communicate out all milestones and deadlines with all team members and clients.
  • Keep track of time for billing purposes.
  • Manage internal communication with technology team, strategy, and creative teams.
  • Occasional deliverables to include social media and online videos.

Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager (or similar job function) at an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Experience with website focused campaign deliverables
  • HS diploma required, Bachelor’s in related field preferred.
  • Previous experience with Jira preferred.
  • Possess a high attention to detail, be a self-starter, organized, and proactive.
