Description
The Director, Enterprise Architecture ensures technology architecture capabilities, solutions, and processes are enabling our business strategy. This role acts as both a champion of change and the facilitator of empowerment to help guide business and technology decision making. The Enterprise Architecture team reports to the Senior Director. The Senior Director reports to the Senior Director, Business Partner & Enterprise Architecture.
Through the implementation of a full Application Lifecycle Management framework, the Director is responsible for all enterprise architecture within the Syneos technology environment. The Senior Director works with stakeholders, both leadership and subject matter experts, to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and technology assets. The Director takes his/her knowledge and ensures that the business and IT are in alignment and that solutions meet business needs while recommending and driving standards focused on measured results. The Director links the business mission, strategy, and processes of an organization to its IT strategy, and documents this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of an organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.
The Director operates within a business division, but acts on behalf of the overall enterprise to drive common approaches and expose information, technology assets, and processes across the enterprise. The goal is to deliver an architecture that supports the most efficient, adaptable, and secure environment meeting our company's business needs while leveraging existing assets and maximizing investments.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,960.00 to $255,400.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
