Direct Counsel is seeking an Antitrust and Competition Associate (1st-8th year) to join a highly regarded practice group at a prominent Am Law 100 firm in Washington, D.C. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes matters, including civil antitrust litigation and government enforcement actions, with a nationally recognized team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle matters involving antitrust and competition law, government and internal investigations, and enforcement actions.
  • Represent clients in civil antitrust litigation, including discovery, pretrial motion drafting, and managing complex cases.
  • Work with enforcement authorities, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts.

Preferred Background:

  • Federal clerkship experience and/or a background in economics or related fields.
  • Admission (or eligibility) to the D.C. Bar is required.

Compensation:
