If you are based in US (specifically west coast) time zone differences can pose challenges with working with EMEA based colleagues from a work/life balance perspective. This very much depends on your role - regionally focused roles will likely not have this challenge. Everyone is very accommodating on both sides but the reality is the overlapping time windows are small if you require collaboration in real time. Could have more diversity and inclusion at the executive management level. It's very male, and mostly white.
