Direct Support Professional

Our teams of Direct Support Professionals provide every-day care for individuals with developmental and medical disabilities, elderly aging needs. We help our residents get the most out of each day and strive for opportunities to enrich health and wellness.

Currently, we are looking to fill flexible, part-time evening and weekend positions.

Support and encourage personalized goals of each individual resident,
Support individualized Care Plans and monitor health and wellness,
Assist residents in a range of personal cares,
Administer medications, therapies, and exercises,
Assist and educate residents in accessing personal needs and resources,
Create and engage residents in a variety of in-home and community activities.

• Great experience for students who are on the medical field track: CNA, LPN, RN, OT, PT, and more!

• Excellent experience for students who are headed toward Human Services: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology... we also offer paid internship opportunities!

All training for employment is provided on-the-job. AE even offers scholarships for students, and paid training opportunities in your field of education/interest or Continuing Education credits.

We also have opportunities for advancement and offer wage differentials for full-time employees and those who hold certifications, licenses, and higher education.
