We are currently seeking General Assembly Product Specialists. This position requires an experienced build associate knowledgeable in all aspects of General Assembly. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

As a product specialist, you will help lead the general assembly team in all facets of building our next generation of vehicles. You must be knowledgeable about most/all operations and processes, be able to learn to perform operations and how to assemble the new vehicles/options.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of building vehicles in Trim, Chassis, Final Line and/or Sub-assemblies (IP, Decklid, Doors, and Subframe) and an ability to troubleshoot build concerns and/or repair non-conforming product.
  • Weekend and holiday work may be required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and people skills.
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills.
  • High School diploma or GED.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • Newark, CA 94560: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
