As our Global Solutions Leader for our rapidly expanding AI products and services, you will guide our customers and partners to achieve tangible data-driven outcomes through our innovative products, helping customer teams to integrate our services into their ecosystem. You will work closely with our sales and product teams, acting as a technical advisor and a customer advocate, while managing and growing a team of Solution Architects.
In your leadership role you will be an AI & LLM expert, leading clients through the adoption of our technologies, including hands-on building of technologies. You will help create playbooks and process, manage team performance, and develop new solutions based on our AI product and services portfolio.

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in a Leadership role delivering projects in Data Science/Machine Learning, with a preference for LLM technology.
- Strong interest in Generative AI and LLM products
- People management, team leadership and development experience
- Coding experience (Python, R, Java, Spark, Scala or SQL)
- Familiarity with data storage and computing infrastructure for data of all sizes (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, on-premise, and cloud)
- Knowledge of machine learning libraries and techniques
- Experience in pre-sales or post-sales role with external clients across various industry markets
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate technical concepts and present to a wide range of audiences
- Comfort in designing and implementing architectures within a public cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Exposure to big data technologies, including Spark, AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, etc.
- Willingness to travel
