About the Role
The Director of Corporate Strategy & Planning will be instrumental in furthering the GoodRx mission of helping Americans get the healthcare they need at a price they can afford. The ideal candidate will dive in and take lead on strategic projects related to growth and operations, as well as support the organization of the corporate planning processes. We are looking for someone with a healthcare and strategy background that has demonstrated experience making a difference in a corporate strategy role. Responsibilities:
Manage strategic projects related to GoodRx growth and operational strategy- Solicit input from and align leadership to the strategy and partner with leadership and business stakeholders in creating and driving GoodRx’s short- and long-term strategy
- Align with leaders across the business to effectively communicate the Goodrx strategy across the organization
- Conduct a periodic planning process in partnership with finance to effectuate the corporate strategy
- Partner with finance and business units to create KPIs that measure the success of the business
- Assess corporate portfolios and coordination of diverse business units
- Compile competitive insights, industry research, and conduct corporate risk and opportunity assessments
- Partner in the development of content for executives and the board
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of related experience in Corporate Strategy and/or Management Consulting- Worked in a corporate role promoting strategy, to include planning, M&A, and organizational alignment, and/or for a top-tier management consulting firm
- Experience developing complex strategies with input from internal and external stakeholders
- Experience gathering quantitative and qualitative market data to create TAM, trending, or related analyses
- Experience assessing competitive landscapes, profiling competing strategies, and gathering market intelligence
- Experience building quarterly, annual, and multi-year strategic plans and coordinating across an organization
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
- SQL experience
- Eloquent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence decision makers
- An inquisitive self-starter who is able to deliver in a dynamic environment under tight timelines and changing priorities, must be “hands-on."
- Experience in digital health, pharmacy, PBM, or related industries
Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Below are our salary ranges for this position based on office location:
New York Office: $155,000-$249,000
Santa Monica Office: $141,000 - $226,000
