Director, Customer Success

Code Climate operates in a very technology + developer-heavy space. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented, data driven Director, Customer Success that values delivering world-class reporting and analytics that impact and define how engineering organizations operate.

Examples of Problems You'll Be Solving:

  • Owning the customer journey and delivering customer outcomes.
  • Report into the VP of the Customer Organization and will be responsible for developing and managing a team.
  • Accountable for the strategy, development, and execution of CO programs to drive customer awareness, demand, and training for Code Climate's Velocity product.
  • Own and operationalize customer advocacy programs.
  • Own renewal rate and net revenue retention through upsell initiatives and contract renewals.
  • Work closely with our sales executives, operations, marketing, product, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer.
  • Owns and drives NPS metrics and reporting.
  • Own CS operations including customer health, churn and upsell reporting.
  • Grow and build best in class customer success team, practices, and culture.
  • Partner with recruiting, people operations, and VP to rapidly scale the team.
  • Partner with the VP, of the Customer Organization to develop career pathing and growth plans for your team.
