Director, Demand Generation

The Role
The Director, Demand Generation, will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that generate and nurture leads across multiple channels including events, SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising, and cooperative marketing with partners.
To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong track record and passion for creating interest in and excitement for a company’s products or services to attract and retain customers and drive revenue. You will use your analytical mindset, influence skills and strategic knowledge to help LevaData enter and succeed in new markets, advertise and sell new products, and fine-tune our customer experience programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term multichannel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs
  • Understand customer personas and anticipate their buying preferences
  • Know LevaData’s brand and platform inside and out
  • Assist in content development to target consumers throughout the customer life cycle
  • Work with the marketing team and contractors and collaborate with business development, sales, and other teams to develop and enhance strategies and build effective support programs, such as sales enablement
  • Identify new markets and advertise tactics to encourage business growth
  • Assure buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Measure and analyze campaign and marketing success
  • Deliver performance reports to leadership and other stakeholders
  • This position may require limited domestic travel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing, demand generation, or business development experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Proven marketing, sales, or business development experience
  • Solid understanding of supply chain, supply management, and strategic sourcing practices
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and website tools and analytics, including LinkedIn, HubSpot, and all Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Detail-oriented and persuasive
