DocuSign is looking for a highly motivated Director, End-to-End Automation to join our Product Lead Growth team under the Marketing vertical. This person will be responsible for ensuring end to end quality of the microservices, applications, tools, and UI at DocuSign. You will be working with extremely passionate people who care about their customers and want to deliver solutions that improve customer productivity for complex workflows. The right candidate knows how to work in a fast-paced agile environment and brings an aptitude to learn and share.
This position in a people manager role reporting to the Sr. Director, Engineering.

Write end to end test plans, test cases for assigned features, along with peer reviewing, providing peer feedback and review with product and stakeholders

Identify incomplete or unclear feature definitions and work with stakeholders to address them

Review feature specification, requirements, and product design for testability of the features across our Web Application

Understanding E2E flows and systems effectively

Write maintainable and efficient end to end automated tests within existing test framework structure

Maintain quality and stability of the test automation across multiple features

Improve regression test assets and stability continuously

Contribute towards maintainability and scalability of test automation framework and automated test cases across multiple features

Improve end to end testing efficiency by building new tools and dashboards

Build a world class automation infrastructure for test automation and CI/CD

Be a focused results-oriented team member, delighting customer, driving and delivering high quality product testing and test automation

Participate in code reviews to ensure that the code is of high quality and adheres to best practices

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation

Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and improve the overall software development process
Hybrid
: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

12+ years of experience in end to end automation testing

5+ years of experience in leading teams

Experience in hiring, coaching and managing strong automation engineers

Experiencing in working with cross functional teams and managing multiple parallel projects

Experience with end to end automation tools, such as Playwright and Puppeteer

Strong experience with API testing tools, such as Postman, SoapUI, and REST-Assured
-
Strong experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, Travis CI, and CircleCI
-
Strong experience with programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python or Java
-
Experience in reproducing production issues effectively

Experience in localization testing

Proven track record of end to end testing and Web Application test automation of features and product

Strong knowledge and experience building end to end automation frameworks

Familiarity with testing on web and SaaS applications

Knowledge of how to communicate quality metrics during a release cycle

Experience with continuous integration systems

Willingness to assist other team members through brainstorming, mentorship and knowledge-sharing

Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions
Based on legislation in California the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in California only: California pay range: $157,100 - $254,100 base salary.
This role is eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
