The role:
As a member of our Finance team, the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will serve as a critical business and strategic partner to the sales and marketing leadership teams to ensure the financial, strategic, and operational objectives for the business are met. You will lead the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support for the sales and marketing organizations. You'll design and refine financial and operating models to help predict future performance, set achievable targets supported by deep analysis, perform scenario analyses, and guide the business on strategic decisions. Reporting to the Vice President of Financial Strategy & Operations, you'll work closely with sales operations to ensure accurate data and information gathering, perform analysis to uncover risks and opportunities, and support the creation of monthly and quarterly management reporting that delivers critical insights.

Why you're a great fit:
- You bring 8+ years of FP&A related experience, with minimum 5+ years of S&M FP&A experience
- You have experience creating annual plans for a GTM organization from the ground up
- You also have experience in B2B SaaS growth phase companies
- You possess a keen understanding of SaaS metrics and business KPI's
- You have excellent analytical and communication skills
- You are a team player who wants to add value to the business and possesses excellent leadership skills
Compensation range: $165,000-170,000 base salary. Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options and benefits. This compensation range and title may be adjusted based on actual experience.
