Director, FP&A

Responsibilities:

• Building out consistent FP&A processes for financial reporting and financial modeling to maintain compliance and deliver guidance to executive management and board of directors.
• Creating internal processes for short-term and long-term budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Assisting the VP, FP&A and CFO with annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and monthly close processes.
• Digging into financial and operational data to understand key business drivers and surface insights to executive leadership.
• Translating financial data into insights that will help departmental leaders make more strategic decisions.
• Building FP&A models that project the impact of strategic decisions and projects the business is proposing.
• Analyzing performance to plan and budget variance to keep financial reporting on track.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Build partnerships with department heads across the company to help drive financial and operational accountability.
• Working knowledge of financial strategies and understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and retain top talent.
• Self-starter and able to work independently and without supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of products including advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau preferred.
