Financial Analyst

Responsabilities:

• Aggregating financial and operational data from core source systems, cleansing it, and preparing it for reporting processes.
• Measuring critical financial metrics at the company-wide level as well as the department-level to drive more strategic analysis.
• Running budget variance analysis as the books close to regularly report on performance to plan.
• Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
• Performing research and preparing data for ad hoc analysis requests from senior leadership or executives as required.
• Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Working knowledge of financial strategies and understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Self-starter and able to work independently and without supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of products including advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau preferred.
