The Director of Global Learning Operations will play a critical role in building and managing infrastructure for Learning Content Management and front-end LMS systems through the implementation of role-based journeys. This leader will be responsible for ensuring an optimal end-to-end learner user experience for the field. They will provide a learning platform, project management and learning evaluation, and analytics oversight. Lastly, they will partner with Global Content and Delivery on a variety of strategic field initiatives such that we can track and measure progress.
This position is a manager role reporting to the Vice President, Sales and Customer Success Learning & Development.

Prepare quarterly reports on the business impact of field learning programs in partnership with project owners and business intelligence, including learning evaluation and analytics

Build dashboards and manage global learning operations analytics in support of Performance Partner and Regional Leadership teams

Drive intake, routing, prioritization, and tracking process of all Enablement activity

Build workflows in the system to support content development

Partner with different teams to identify gaps and inefficiencies that affect the successful execution of projects assigned to the Learning Operations team

Manage the Learning Operations team and ensure the team is providing proper support to internal and external stakeholders

Provide oversight for the departmental budget, make recommendations for budget adjustments, and assist in preparing the annual budget

Oversee the maintenance and development of learning platforms to ensure that learning materials are effectively delivered and that we have systems to track the history, usage, and consumption of learning content
Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

10+ years of experience in a learning operations function

3+ years of experience with Learning Content Management System and Data Analytics and Visualization

Experience defining and optimizing learning systems and business processes

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $165,800 - $265,625 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $157,900 - $223,075 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $157,900 - $234,275 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
benefits.
