Director, Global People Function Capabilities
Reporting directly to the Global Vice President, Human Resources, the Director, Global People Function Capabilities role is to support the development and growth of the people in the function, aligned to the strategy of the functional LT. To do this in the new networked model, the Director, Global People Function Capabilities will lead a plan that supports the integrated capability model, including functional, enterprise and people/culture. They will define the critical functional capabilities and skills needed and work with the L+D team to determine learning pathways. The Director, Global People Function Capabilities will continue to play a critical role in connecting with their peers at an OU and Enterprise level to learn together, provide governance and shape the direction for future capability efforts.
