Senior Manager, Executive Onboarding

Reporting to the Sr. Director Leadership Development, this role will support the strategic thinking and execution of our global onboarding and transition program specifically designed for our senior leaders. This role will lead efforts to create a positive experience for new and transitioning executives and provide the right learning, connections, and experience to support their integration into their new roles. This is a key role linked to our talent and development strategy focused on building our talent pipeline - enabling us to bring in top external leaders that will make an impact on our business and growth and enable internal leaders in transition to senior-level roles to land effectively. This role is an integral part of both our Leadership & Development and Executive Recruitment teams, acting as the bridge to ensure a seamless transition into the company with the right level of support for success.

What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Support the strategy and development of key experiences and tools that will be offered as part of our Global onboarding program for senior leaders.

  • Partner with executive-level hiring managers, Talent & Development Directors, HR business partners, chiefs of staff, executive assistants, and executive recruiting to ensure the global onboarding program is executed fully.

  • Consistently deliver an elevated level of care and attention to detail for all new and transitioning senior leaders through anticipating needs/risks ahead of time and working cross-functionally to address them.

  • Consult with key partners to adapt the global onboarding program to meet the unique needs of the executive given the business environment, culture, leadership style, job, and geography.

  • Act as the key point of contact for incoming and transitioning executives, ensuring smooth transitions, answering questions and building relationships as a trusted advisor.

  • Support ongoing development of individual senior leaders through stewardship of the executive coaching program.

  • Role has a global scope and may engage with System leaders as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5 – 8 years’ experience as a leadership development / onboarding program manager.

  • Extensive experience consulting and partnering with executives or senior leaders.

  • Experience in working in a Center of Excellence (COE), matrixed organization managing key stakeholders and leading a significant component of the leadership / development agenda

  • Strong customer-service orientation and background. Willing to go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in fast-paced environment

  • Culturally adept, experience working with leaders from all parts of the world

  • Must be flexible and able work across various time zones
