What You’ll Be Doing:
Evolent Health is looking for a Director, HR Process and Technology to serve as a strategic, global process owner for all HR processes and controls. S/he will work closely with the Talent (HR) leadership team and IT team to ensure we leverage Workday and their technologies effectively and efficiently. S/he thrives on building and sustaining a continuous improvement and automation culture within HR processes and systems. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders in simplifying the infrastructure and digitizing our employee experience. This individual will have a passion for great leadership, customer service, and a desire to develop and grow people.
Responsibilities:

Provide overall HR process design leadership for Evolent’s HR technology portfolio including Workday HRIS

Partner with Evolent’s HRLT Talent leadership team and IT teams and build/implement a HR technology roadmap, including a Workday re-imagined initiative, to provide technology enabled solutions to business needs, building and expanding a continuous improvement mindset

Drive discipline throughout Evolent’s HR business processes and systems and build a simplified and repeatable experience for consumers of Workday (e.g., manager and employee self service)

Partner with IT for system config & setup items (e.g., Security design), testing, technology user guides, end-to-end process optimization across HR

Provide cross functional oversight across all modules of Workday HR including core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Talent management

Serve as a liaison between the HR function and IT when it comes to HR technology needs, including prioritization of technology initiatives and ongoing updates

Provide tier-1 support for all HR technology inquiries

Own training and documentation for all HR processes and tools; This includes maintenance changes triggered by periodic software releases

Build and oversee a high-performing team of 3-5 HR business analysts
The Experience You Will Need:
-
7 years of experience leading business process design functions within HRIS systems
-
5+ years of experience in Workday
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field

Demonstrated process improvement skills partnering with Workday technology teams

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills required, especially in interacting with senior leadership highlighting findings and recommended course of action

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $130,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
