Lead and develop assessment validation studies and model evaluation for customer engagements Provide subject matter expertise and develop monitoring and test plans for evaluation of potential bias and adverse impact of AI within customer candidate/employee pool Develop and provide periodic customer-facing AI monitoring reports Develop, document, and implement AI compliance framework to meet regulatory and customer requirements Assist with AI-related audits and contribute to enhancement of the audit program and processes Support AI risk management process and assessment of current and potential AI-related risks Security, data protection and compliance are paramount to the success of our customers and partners. Personnel acknowledge they are personally responsible for reporting any suspected violations or abuse. Personnel are required to complete security and compliance training and fulfill role specific security, data protection and compliance responsibilities. Experience designing scientifically validated pre-hire assessments to enable organizations to identify high quality candidates while minimizing bias in the selection process Experience in development and implementation of measurement approaches using advanced analytics, master data management and talent analytics Communication, process and procedure development, technical writing, data creation for systems and projects Design and development of training content and material Strong relationship building, communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills Process and detail oriented, yet comfortable with ambiguity Knowledge of standard project management concepts and practices Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Confluence MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ph.D. in industrial organizational psychology or equivalent experience 2 + years of IO Psychology consultant experience working with Talent Intelligence related AI Familiarity with, and understanding of, OFCCP, EEOC, and similar regulations related to non-discrimination in employment Strong customer and product focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships Ability to execute and manage project deliverables in coordination with other teams Self-sufficient and able to deliver with little direct supervision. Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between compliance and all departments within the company.
