Pros
Work/life balance, fellow employees, PTO/Sick Leave, professional work environment. I would highly encourage anyone interested in Law to pursue your local county or municipal court for employment. Working with Judges, Attorneys, and great people. The people make the job amazing. Health benefits are some of the best out there (health, dental, and vision). Retirement use to be better but still not bad with a 4% match).Cons
PTO is gained monthly so once you run out you have to gain it back rather than it restarting at the beginning of each year (1 day of annual and sick accrued per month). Pay is decent but hard to live on if you dont have additional income.
