Macmillan Publishing is seeking a Director, Infrastructure to oversee the global group of infrastructure and networking teams, data center, warehouse and local office infrastructure for US, UK, SA, AU, India and Hong Kong companies. Reporting to the VP of Technology, this role will manage and supervise the network and infrastructure teams, work closely with project management, security operations, service operations and other technology teams as well as own, enforce and document policies and processes.
What you'll do:
Management/supervision: Global group of network and infrastructure teams in the US and UK as well as responsible for supporting local offices, warehouse and data center (co-lo, on prem and cloud) networks and infrastructure and 3300+ staff
Project execution: Working closely with project management, security operations, service operations and other technology teams to execute projects and support current workflows
Change Management: Technical approval and peer review responsibility for business-as-usual and project change requests
Policies/processes: Ownership and enforcement of policies and processes following agreed frameworks. ITIL, NIST CSF etc

Salary range for this role is: $160K - $165K
