Director, Marketing
North American Bancard - Remote
This is an ideal opportunity for a forward thinking and strategically-minded creative marketer. This position will be key in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as they will be responsible for all internal and external communications, advertisements, digital assets, etc., as well as reporting on campaign metrics.
What You'll Do:

Meet with company stakeholders to brainstorm campaign ideas, present, and report out key metrics.

Use data to guide the direction of marketing campaigns and inspire new and creative ideas.

Lead a team of customer marketing specialists.

Report on activities being worked on by the design team.

Review, comment, and edit campaign copy, contributed and sponsored content, blogs, and website content.

Work closely with the rest of the marketing team and other internal departments to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing campaigns.

Strategize and determine new ways to increase sales leads, cross-sell and upsell products/services, and retain customers.

Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs such as webinars, annual conferences, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns.

Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives.

Manage and report monthly on budget metrics.
What We Need From You:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.

Payments industry experience required
-
7+ years of customer marketing or equivalent experience.

5-7 years of marketing team management.

Experience with HubSpot or similar automated marketing platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft or Gmail programs.

Willingness to learn the intricacies of the payments industry.

An outgoing personality that will allow you to become the voice of the customer.

A collaborative mindset.

Ability to see the “big picture” across multiple products and brands.
