Senior HR Business Partner...
North American Bancard - Remote
The Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) provides a combination of strategic and tactical support in order to address core business needs and enable growth. In this role, you'll work closely with both People Operations (PO) and designated client group to provide PO services related to organizational and workforce planning, staff development, employee relations, change management, employee engagement, performance management and talent management.
What you'll do:
• Stay abreast of current and future business needs for assigned business units and work closely with People Operations (PO) to provide support and guidance to management and employees.
• Proactively engage with client group (includes senior executives) to build relationships, learn the business, understand trends and provide suggested courses of action.
• Utilizes metrics to assess and monitor organizational effectiveness as a key lever in building and implementing plans.
• Attend regular client team meetings to provide HR insight and build partnerships.
• Provide HR guidance and interpretation regarding all HR policies and procedures.
• Consults with management as it relates to organizational changes and succession planning.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations as needed.
• Provide day to day performance management guidance to management, including but not limited to coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with assigned business units on annual merit and bonus review, as well as other compensation processes.
• Advise and assist employees and managers regarding requests for leave and accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
• Keep abreast of changes in employment law.
• Manage projects that are assigned as appropriate.
What we need from you:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in People Operations driving business outcomes with strong organizational development skills, knowledge and tools.
• Experience supporting a variety of business units and senior executives.
• Experience supporting Legal, Risk, Underwriting, Compliance business units and senior executives preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
• Previous experience using Workday.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Strong presentation and data analysis skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change.
• Must possess personal tact, discretion and good judgment.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be comfortable communicating with all levels of management.
• Proven partnering skills and ability to develop business acumen.

Salary Range: $64,000 - $118,000
Pay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full total rewards offerings throughout the interview process.
Travel required: Up to 10%
