Job Description: Director of Business Operations – Americas
We are searching for you, a person with a breadth and depth of Operations experience – a leader that has supported Sales Operations & GTM for high velocity, high growth B2B Americas sales organization. You will be the go-to resource for our AMS sales organization and sales leadership team supporting planning, forecasting, order management & delivering and governing the key KPIs for the sales organization. You can point to specifics roles in your past where you have been part of, or led Sales, or Business or Revenue operations functions in SaaS or high-tech companies. We are looking for someone with specific expertise supporting our Americas sales leadership but are also interested in how you have worked cross functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Channels & Customer Success teams (all things GTM).
You will report into the VP of Business Operations (based in San Jose/SF Bay area). Vectra’s Business Operations team is responsible for providing operational support on our GTM tech stack, tools, process development & enhancement, order administration & all things sales operations. You will be on the ground level supporting our continuing work in building world class operations best practices that will enable increased productivity in our GTM organization, with scalable & predicable growth for the company. While we would prefer that you be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we are open to hiring the right candidate anywhere in the continental US.

Our competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within the following range: Base Pay $133,400 - $257,800. Actual pay for this position may vary based on the hired candidate’s location, experience and relevant incumbent pay position.

Employees receive flexible paid time off (PTO), which does not accrue and fourteen paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Should sick leave exceed 7 consecutive days, employees are eligible to receive up to 100% of their base pay for the first 10 weeks of qualified sick leave/disability.
