Let’s talk about the role and the team:

We’re looking to hire a Director of Channel,Strategy & Programs in our European or US-based offices. In this role, you’ll be working with the Global VP Channels & Alliances to develop a strategy and global partner eco-system with relevant programs that drive consistent and predictable channel bookings across all regions. The purpose of this role is to develop, recruit, maintain and deploy a clear Channel and Alliances eco-system of programs to provide coverage for Cyara solutions to enable low cost delivery whilst meeting sales growth targets across A&NZ, USA, and EMEA. Success in this role will rersult in an elite partner eco-system highly strategic to Cyara’s long-term goals, driving partner-channel sourced, influenced, and fulfilled revenue.


Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Own the global Channel and Alliances program strategy roll out
  • Over time, build a team to build and manage a portfolio of senior relationships at Go-to-market partners
  • Develop and execute end-to-end partner business plans and global program roll-outs
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple internal organizations, to achieve partner objectives
  • Execute on relationship mapping strategies and drive successful deal execution
  • Develop executive relationships at key partners and sponsor executive relationships with partner executives
  • Establish and maintain key metrics to help provide insights into business performance
  • Strategically manage ongoing partner opportunity funnel analysis, including top line KPI reporting and forecasting
  • Shape partner enablement efforts in concert with sales leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation

Let’s talk about your skills and experience:

  • Ideally, you’ll come from a strong strategic leadership background and have exceptional business acumen, preferably from within a similar role where you owned a global Channel and Alliances program strategy and partner eco-system with a proven ability to execute globally
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills driving stakeholder alignment and collaboration
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading partner teams and scaling partner driven sales motions, co-ordinating and driving tangible value between direct sales teams and key Channel and Alliance partners.
  • A natural problem solver with a data-centric mindset, leveraging KPI’s, pattern recognition, and advanced analytics to build repeatable top of funnel growth
  • Outstanding people leader who hires, coaches, develops and motivates their team to do exceptional work. Well versed in strategic planning, building and maintaining strategic relationships, consultative selling,and leading senior negotiations and partner contracts
  • Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
  • Strong track record of producing measurable results of influenced and sourced revenue through partners and global strategic alliances, ideally in an IT, SaaS-based, multi-product, multi-buyer environment
