As the Director of Customer Onboarding you will lead our rapidly growing Customer Onboarding team and be responsible for taking the foundation we have built on that team and scaling it. You will partner across Sales, Customer Success and Product in order to execute on your onboarding vision and deliver consistent results (while also creating raving fans of our onboarding process).
This is a critical leadership role at a product led company that places special emphasis on customer onboarding. We are looking for exceptional operational and leadership skills.
