• BIPOC ERG- serves as a resource and voice for Extra Space employees with origin from diverse groups and their allies. Through mentorship, awareness, education, and empowerment, we will uplift our BIPOC team members, help reduce over and implicit bias and elevate the organization in its entirety.
• Veteran ERG- we work to create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for all our Veteran and Military team members and allies of the military community, including friends and family. We strive to be a resource to these team members to identify and address emerging issues and gather feedback to create an empowered future.
