Your Role:
The Director of Enterprise Transformation will oversee a team that will partner with internal team members to optimize efficiency and scalability for Ubiquity by analyzing, enhancing, and standardizing internal processes.
In this role, job duties include the following:

Lead the organization to excellence through transformation initiatives in all aspects of finance, supply chain, IT, operations, and administration.

Ensure the right process initiatives are undertaken and the benefits are being fully realized throughout the enterprise.

Provide a governance structure. The role ensures accountability and enables the predictability of the outcomes of each transformation initiative.

Drive results in the areas of business service strategy/planning, project strategy/planning, communication, change management, and continuous improvement performance management.

Lead integration for short and long-term strategy development. Provides strategic leadership through facilitating or advising strategy development while demonstrating foresight, conceptual capability, and environmental market awareness.

Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.

Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.

Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.

Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.

Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
Ideal candidates have:

Minimum 5+ years experience in project/process management with client/and or senior management interaction

Proven experience in project and process management

Ability to lead a team and projects of various sizes and see them through to completion

The ability to delegate effectively

Strong understanding of formal process management methodologies

Ability to complete projects in a timely manner

Proficient use of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

Ability to organize a large amount of data to identify trends and patterns within processes

Ability to manage multiple, complex, ongoing projects and tasks

Strong verbal and written English language communication skills
-
Strong analytical and management skills to create and develop improvement process plans for respective direct reports and departments

Ability to work with a team and individually is required
