Our client is seeking a Director of Finance who will provide accounting and reporting oversight for corporate entities, private equity investments, and direct real estate investments, as well as support for the general accounting and reporting functions related to the firm’s real estate

This client is an SEC Registered Investment Adviser, manages private equity real estate investments, and provides real estate services for domestic and international clients. Established in Boston, MA.

Director of Finance Responsibilities:

• Managing corporate cash, invoice approvals, receivable collections, and owner distributions
• Supervising payroll funding, 401k and worker compensation audits
• Providing oversight to the Chief Financial Officer on various tasks
• Overseeing the accounting, investor reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities, direct real estate investments, and private equity investments.

Director of Finance Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required
• 10 + years of relevant accounting experience within the real estate industry
• Must be a team player, a strong communicator, and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
• Superb organizational skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills required
