We are looking for a Director of Information Technology. As the Director of IT, you will oversee and direct all aspects of the Information Technology (IT) department.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities include:

Strategic planning and implementation of new technologies. Crafts strategic plan in concert with the leadership team. Sets goals and provides input for long-term planning.
Internal IT Business Systems and applications maintenance and support.
Responsible for budgeting, planning, implementation, and management of multiple data centers and remote branch offices.
Maintenance and operational stability for the organization’s online Product Portfolio, strategic planning and implementation of new technologies, and quality assurance for all aspects of these systems.
Staff, contractor, and consultants hiring, development, and training
Prepares annual budget, sets policy, and reviews performance for all department staff.
Embrace ITIL, and ITSM frameworks to provide measurement along with reporting of availability to achieve 99.9% uptime for data center resources.
Achieve and maintain ISO 2700x certification for data center and business operations.

Education:

Master’s Degree in Computer Science and/or Business Management with an emphasis on Computer Sciences. (Managerial/professional work experience may be substituted for an advanced degree.)
Formal education, certificate programs encompassing Managerial Practices, Personnel Management, IT Project Planning, and Quality Assurance Practices.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of information technology and/or software engineering experience. Fifteen or more are preferred. 7 years of management experience.

The total staff and contractors will average 25 to 30 individuals.
