Our Audiology Central Operations team are responsible for the creation and delivery of an annual plan to our businesses through coordinated planning, delivery and communication. Working closely with the Optics Central Operations team and the wider Audiology team to create effective operating principles that maximise partner profits and enable the teams to change more lives and create an outstanding patient journey.
Due to an internal move, we are now recruiting a Director of Operations to lead the team. We are happy to consider applicants from across the UK, however you will be required to travel regularly to Guernsey approximately 2-3 days per week.
Your purpose
In this role as the Director of Central Operations for Audiology you will be responsible for devising the strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading Audiology Central Operations, including leading the team responsible for Partner Attraction. As a member of the Audiology board, you will be committed to the long-term success of the Organisation and actively participating in decision making and planning in all areas of the business.
