Position Description

The Director of Product Management will be a key leadership role within the company. As a leader on the team, you will have the opportunity to own and drive products directly responsible for business growth. You will also manage and build a team of talented product managers. The PM Director will have complete autonomy over their product area. These will include:

• Matching platform
• Ranking and personalization
• Customer acquisition, retention, and upsell
• Vetting Engine
• Workspace Products

Responsibilities & Requirements

Must-have

• Team leadership
  • 5+ years' experience with managing and building product teams. Passion for mentoring and developing people on the team / junior PMs.
  • 10+ years in product management.
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams.
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Customer empathy
  • Ability to think in a customer centric way for all product decisions and prioritizations.
• Make data-driven decisions
  • Define and own key metrics for customer growth.
  • Ability to be hands-on with data to identify and analyze patterns and product issues.
• Cross-functional leadership
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing for successful product launch and operation.
  • Clearly communicate priorities with your own and cross functional team. Set the right expectations.
• Ownership
  • Show owner's mentality. Proactively seek out improvement opportunities in products and operations. Reach out for user feedback.
