Description:
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include complete authority within all gaming departments under the auspices of the General Manager.
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “Beyond the Best” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Station Casinos’ Championship Service Standards at all times.
Provide Station Casinos’ Table Games Department with direction regarding the needs of all gaming areas with respect to reports such as labor analysis, etc.
Conduct meetings with all gaming department heads on a timely basis to review budgets and budgets compared to actual. Conduct meetings of other gaming-related matters.
Oversee and be responsible for all casino marketing activities.
Qualifications:
At least ten (10) years successful experience in all phases of gaming operations.
Demonstrated experience and ability to manage all table games.
Excellent verbal, written communication skills, Team Member and Guest relations skills, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
