Global Atlantic is growing our People Analytics function and we are looking to find the right talent to consult, advise and create visualizations for our Human Capital needs. This is a 6 month contract position with the opportunity for longer term duration.

Reporting directly to the SVP, Head of Talent Acquisition and People Operations, you will partner closely across the Human Capital team to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges throughout the employee lifecycle. Our Human Capital team is going through a major systems transformation to support the rapid growth of Global Atlantic and this role will support our current analytic and dashboard needs while acting as an advisor and key member of the project team responsible for our transformation as we build out our new system design.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with leaders across Human Capital and our business to understand current analytics needs, as well as advise on future reporting and analytics possibilities that will drive our business forward.
  • Develop and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to leaders in the organization, including providing ad-hoc reporting / analytics support
  • Write and document dashboard requirements and full end to end testing (unit, user and functional testing) while partnering with the business
  • Partner closely with the HRIS team, who will catalog and move reporting dashboards into production
  • Design and build dashboards / visualizations to tell a compelling and easy to understand data story, across delivery methods (e.g., PPT, Tableau)
  • Develop and demonstrate knowledge and expertise of surveys, reports, dashboards, analytics, and governance
  • As we build out and connect our HR systems, advise on how to set up systems with the goal of reaching a predictive and prescriptive analytics future state.
  • Work in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight
  • Manage multiple project priorities simultaneously
  • Foster relationships and build trust with key stakeholders (e.g., HR Business Partners, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Chief of Staffs, Executives) to facilitate data-driven decision making
  • Perform quality reviews of reporting technologists' deliverables to meet business needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, reporting, analytics, visualization with a focus on People Analytics
  • Understanding of the major people analytics drivers of data (pay equity, talent, benefits, talent acquisition) and how bringing these together can help with the future of work and employee experience
  • Proven track record of experience with functional, user and unit testing (end-to-end) for dashboards and deep understanding of requirements documentation
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
  • Visualization and storyboarding skills, with a focus on People Analytics
  • Experience with strong partnership with HRIS/technical team
  • Advanced Tableau or other dashboarding tool experience critical
  • Ability to balance detail (e.g., tracking nuanced client needs) with thinking holistically about underlying goals/needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad set of clients
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Global Atlantic's base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. The annual base salary range provided in this posting for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic's total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives. The base salary range for this role is $106,000 to $202,000.
