The Director, CPG & Vice, is a senior position, working closely with the VP, to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and growth for the Auto + M&E categories across all Condé Nast brands. The ideal candidate is someone who is excited to brainstorm big ideas, thinks strategically, and is a compelling public speaker (in rooms big and small). This candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the Auto & M+E marketing team for the global revenue team.
Accountabilities:
Collaborate with CBO and VP to strategize go-to-market for Auto + M&E categories
Work with Sales to develop Marketing concepts and presentations for proactive and RFP responses
Contribute to ELT strategy meetings
Spearhead the development of mini-GTMs and research decks
Manage both go-to-market kick-offs and post-mortem debriefs
Manage and mentor Managers on the Auto M&E team
Identify areas of need and delegate admin tasks to the team such as creation/maintenance of databases (i.e, as-needed basis)
Monitor industry and media trends to help identify new partnership offerings
Requirements:
Qualifying experience in brand marketing, publishing, or digital media
Demonstrated knowledge of the Auto +M&E categories, either on the publisher or agency side of the business
Excellent creative writer with strong presentation skills
Independently develop creative ideas and articulate opportunities for advertisers
Ability to manage multiple proposals and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Self-starter who can work independently and within a team setting
Experience with Google Slides preferred, but not required
Base Salary: $95,000 - $145,000
