Integrate, the leader in demand orchestration, is seeking a talented Product Design leader to service our expanding product line.

This role is a unique opportunity for a visionary creative leader with excellent business acumen. You will lead the team responsible for creating compelling, visually appealing and engaging user experiences. From the very first interaction, our product represents everything the Integrate brand stands for in the mind of our customers. You will ensure that our products establish a strong emotional connection with our users and make the product more efficient, engaging, and impactful. This position reports to the Vice President of Product Management and will own leading the global UI/UX design team as well as UX research.

As a Director, you will be part of the product leadership team and will be responsible for helping to lead teams, foster talent, develop a high performing culture, and role model the cultural pillars of the company.

KEY QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of experience leading and managing teams of designers and researchers.
Degree in HCI, Visual Design, or related field of study.
Demonstrated ability to deliver Enterprise SaaS products with elegant interactions and visual design.
Demonstrated ability to scale the UX function. Deep UX toolkit to tailor approach and methodology appropriate for the context in an Agile environment.
Passion for DesignOps and how to build, scale, train, and refine teams, tools, and processes/deliverables that help the team be more efficient, scalable, and enjoyable.
Strong understanding of how to test, measure and refine designs based on customer feedback and market data. Apply this customer-centric approach to agile design practice.
You are a storyteller with strong business presentation and communication abilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the design process and systems, inspire and coach our designers to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Professional Services to perfect our products.
Drive operational and execution excellence, while leading creative and holistic thinking at scale across diverse product releases. Bring the best creative thinking to the product, customer, and business with consistency and within committed timeframes.
Manage collaboration between development, visual design, product management, and integration of customer feedback to strategically align user requirements for current and future software development with business needs.
Represent Design within the product development process and advocate for design within partner organizations and stakeholder groups.
Affect deep levels of change in how the Design team collaborates with peers in Product and Engineering.
Define best practices and design process for user experience teams. Remain current on user interface design trends and programming techniques and introduce new tools and methods as necessary.
Communicate effectively with a large organization, leadership team, and individuals. Can flex and adapt to audiences at all levels and across stakeholders/partners.
Champion UX best practices and Design Thinking across the organization. Promote a user-centered approach to product design, supported by compelling storytelling and demos.
Help us combine and add to our existing technology platforms to establish a category-leading SaaS product. Enable a greater number of customers to be "hands-on" with the product facilitating a model for Product Led Growth.

The salary range is $165,000- $175,000 + 10% bonus. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Integrate offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package and incentive and recognition programs.
