As the Director, Product Management - Signer and Consumer, you will define a multi-year strategy, and lead the efforts to develop the roadmap, vision, and priorities for DocuSign to develop product capabilities that are relevant for Signers and by extension Consumers.
DocuSign has built award winning and the most pervasive technology for enabling businesses to automate their agreement processes - from generating agreements, negotiating between parties, getting agreements electronically signed, managing the workflows and integrations once an agreement is signed and analyzing and deriving insights from agreements. DocuSign’s current product capabilities are primarily targeted at businesses from SMBs to Enterprises enabling collaboration between businesses and consumers (signers). Consumers, similarly, have a need to create and manage agreements, this position will primarily focus on defining a strategy for DocuSign to harness the billions of signers that interact with the service and build product capabilities that would be directly targeted at consumers. Based on qualitative and quantitative insights, you will inform product directions that drive measurable impact. You will leverage innovative technologies to deliver impactful innovations that drive top-level business outcomes and redefine the “state-of-the-art” for DocuSign. The role will demand you to champion consumers and develop a new engaged customer-base for DocuSign. In this position you will work cross functionally with Design, Marketing, Engineering and engage directly with customers to experiment, iterate to define and fine-tune the strategy and the product roadmap.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Group Vice President of Product Management for eSign and Growth.

Lead the strategy and roadmap for DocuSign consumer focused product initiatives with clear focus on driving business results

Understand market and customer needs by closely working with consumers, User Research, Data Science and Marketing

Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

Develop an incremental and iterative product development roadmap that allows rapid testing and validation with a product led growth mindset

Work closely with the Business Development team to identify partners that would be critical to success

Monitor, measure, and report continuously on key business and customer metrics

Identify areas for continuous testing, experimentation and evolution

Work closely with developers and product managers across the company to align, influence internal development

Evaluate and prioritize requirements in partnership with legal, trust, security, sales, marketing, and product team leadership

Partner with Program Management, Design and Engineering to ensure product ships on time and to quality

Collaborate with Engineering, marketing, Pricing, Legal, UX and other cross functional teams

Help grow and mentor junior product managers on the team
Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Information Systems, Informatics or equivalent

12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years related experience with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience in product management for SaaS products and services specifically focused on consumer applications

Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, Operations, and Program Management

Experience building and using telemetry to review performance and make data-driven decisions

Demonstrated success building/managing large-scale consumer technology products

Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment having multiple stakeholders

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving environment, prioritize your work and manage your own time

Strong customer focus through qualitative and quantitative measures

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $188,200 - $302,825 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $178,400 - $265,900 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
benefits.
