Job details

Director, Product Management

At Parity, our mission is closing the enormous pay gap between women and men in sports sponsorships. Given the sports sponsorship market is estimated to be more than $65 billion annually, with less than 1% going to women athletes, this is a huge opportunity - both for women athletes, as well as brands seeking to reach new, untapped audiences. Parity helps a range of companies, from Fortune 500s to high-growth consumer and tech startups, tap into new audiences and elevate their brands through game-changing partnerships with pro women athletes. We use our proprietary data and analytics to match these brands with our community of more than 850 professional women athletes to achieve their sales and marketing objectives.

Who We Are
Parity is made up of former business and tech executives, Olympic athletes and sports fanatics who understand that the hard work and dedication required to become an elite athlete produces many of the traits needed to succeed in business.
