The Opportunity
Ledn is seeking a full time Director Risk Management to build and maintain Ledn’s risk management program. The successful candidate is comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced growth environment in the ever evolving crypto lending environment. This position reports to the [CCO/Head of Compliance and Risk]. You will frequently liaise with outside peers, risk experts and relevant regulators, to ensure that the organization stays current on best practices and emerging risks. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the development and regulation of the cryptocurrency industry!

Ledn Working Environment
Our headquarter is located in downtown Toronto and soon will be opening a satellite office in Montreal. We've learned a lot working remotely and are pretty good at it, but also miss connecting and collaborating with our team!
