Administrative Assistant – Front Desk

Front desk duties to include welcoming staff and guests into the office, making sure COVID protocols are adhered to.

Answering phones, assist with keeping the office presentable, assist with meeting planning

Assist with the AV equipment for meetings, reserving conference rooms

Mailing client documents, tax returns, invoices etc. to clients

Provide occasional front desk support.

Must be able to juggle and meet multiple deadlines.

Other various projects (i.e., presentation preparation) as necessary.

Overtime may occasionally occur during peak season which will include some evenings.

Normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm PT

High School Diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of 2 years of related business experience, preferably in a professional services environment.

English language skills – excellent written and verbal communication.

Advanced skills in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint) and experience with CCH Axcess Suite is preferred.

Must be organized, strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high quality work, and possess an innate ability to problem solve.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
