Hardware Technician (High-End Computers)
Join our team at Disguise as a Hardware Technician specializing in high-end computers. You will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and manufacturing engineering teams by handling server returns and repairing customer servers to meet quality standards.
Skills
- Extensive hardware troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Efficient management of repairs, stock, and support tasks
- Proficiency in system upgrades, desktop support, and hardware maintenance for Windows and MacOS
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and inventory management abilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough repairs and upgrades for Disguise media servers
- Prioritize repairs to meet Service Level Agreements
- Create detailed repair reports and manage inventory
- Assist customers with hardware issues and provide troubleshooting
- Travel to customer sites for on-site repairs and upgrades
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
