This position supports our Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Norwood, MA!

Shifts needed: 7am-3pm or 5pm-1am

Dishwashers play an important role in support of a number of vital hotel functions. At the hotel these associates work primarily in the kitchens and across the food & beverage department to support cleaning needs. Whether operating and maintaining equipment to cleaning and sanitizing work areas. (e.g., dish washing machines, hand washing stations, dishwasher not limited to preparation tables and or departments work & non-food prep areas) Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas. Inspect, pull and stack cleaned items, sending soiled items back for re-scrubbing or rewashing. Rack & spray all racked items with hot water to loosen and remove food residue. Empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area. Clean, sweep and mop all areas in assigned departments. Dispose of glass in the proper containers. Breakdown cardboard boxes, separate recycled items in appropriate recycling areas.
