The Dishwasher, who reports to the BOH Supervisor, is a member of the kitchen team who will receive and organize products; wash and sanitize equipment, plates, utensils, and spaces; stock equipment as needed in order to maintain proper BOH operations for the continuity of the guest experience.

• Safely operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and inspect dishware, silverware, glasses, and kitchen equipment
• Manually wash pots, pans, and cast-iron dishes via three compartment sink
• Monitor and properly dispose of trash, recycling and compost of the kitchen in their appropriate locations
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workings areas are safe, clean, well maintained, and in proper working condition
• Receives, organizes, and rotates orders and product throughout the week to ensure highest quality and freshness
• May be assigned additional work within the restaurant operation as needed
• Follows and enforces all local/state/federal laws and regulations pertaining to FDA and Health Code guidelines
