As a Dispute Resolver Intern, you’ll be responsible for working closely with our Dispute Team in researching and resolving root causes.

What you’ll do

Validate appropriate data from internal and third-party systems and ensure appropriate course of action
Investigate and gather all relevant information through to resolution
Research problems, recognize patterns/root causes and recommend and coordinate resolutions working closely with other teams where necessary to promote error prevention
Partner with Credit & Collections, Cash Applications, Logistics, and Pricing teams as part of investigation, resolution, and problem-solving

Your qualifications

Must be currently in pursuit of an bachelor's preferably in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
Build trusted relationships (internal/external stakeholders) with strong influencing skills; strong coordination and communication skills
Problem solving leveraging standard practices and encourages cooperation across boundaries
Process driven with excellent time and project management skills
Intermediate to advanced skills with spreadsheets, databases, pivot tables and data query logic
Ability to analyze information, think through difficult problems, and make critical decisions based on limited information
Ability to perform well under pressure

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Pay range for this role is $21 to $34 per hour
